We are nearing the end of the first phase of the project with Epcor Foothills Water Partners (EFWP), known as the Preliminary Services Agreement phase. EFWP recently submitted their 60% design plan package to the cities and project team. The team is now undertaking a thorough review and due diligence of the submittal.

In tandem with the review, the project is pushing out the online open house and land use application submission until the review is complete and we have the most up to date information to share.

An in-depth study session and update on the project to Lake Oswego City Council is anticipated for late September.

A final “go/no-go” decision on whether the Council and cities will decide to move forward with the project, is expected to be made later this fall.

For more information on the delivery process and expected timeline, please review the FAQs on the project website.
